How long does each therapy session take?

Each session lasts 50 minutes and usually takes place at the same time and day each week. I may be able to accommodate shift pattern workers, depending on my availability, do please enquire. Sessions are weekly, unless we are working towards an ending when we might choose to go fortnightly in preparation.

Where does the therapy take place?

Face-to-Face sessions take place in Hove or Shoreham-by-Sea. The rooms are quiet, confidential, comfortable and welcoming spaces. I also work online, via Zoom usually. I don't do telephone therapy.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

I may have a concessionary space available - please contact me for availability.

How do I pay?

Payment is due on the day of the session, either by bank transfer or in cash, alternatively you can pay monthly in advance.
