How long does each therapy session take?

Each session lasts 50 minutes and usually takes place at the same time and day each week. Sessions are weekly, unless working towards an ending when we might choose to go fortnightly in preparation.

Where does the therapy take place?

Face-to-Face sessions take place in either Shoreham-by-Sea or in Hove. Both rooms are designated therapy rooms and are clean, bright, comfortable and confidential spaces. I also work online.
