Hello, I am a Humanistic Psychotherapist with a Masters in Psychotherapy from Brighton University. I am a full clinical psychotherapist member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP registration: 2011189840).

I work with private clients as well as some private insurance companies including Aviva and AXA insurance. I am registered on the Private Practice Register (PPR no. 0675457880).
I work in private practice in Brighton/Hove and Shoreham-by-Sea, as well as online.

I work with the individual and with the many intertwining issues that may make up your unique experience.

I am always learning and developing my understanding and continuous professional development regarding psychotherapy, personal development and general well-being. I am particularly interested in human relationships, attachment, family dynamics, parenting, anxiety, existential concerns, life transitions, loss and bereavement, work-related stress, anger, sadness, self-esteem, abandonment fear, limerence, lack of direction, neurodiversity, eco-anxiety, non-dualism, Eastern philosophies, nutrition, nature and holistic health.

​Areas of additional training include - CBT, Focusing, Eco-Psychology, Domestic Abuse, Addiction with Gabor Mate, Anger Management, Trauma, Enneagram Personality Types, Couples, Systemic Therapy and Polyvagal Theory.
In my previous professional roles, I have been a project manager for an global placements provider, ​working with international teams, particularly across Asia. I have also lived and worked in Japan. Personally, I really enjoy watching films, writing, reading, swimming, sauna, volleyball and quality time with loved ones.
