About me

I qualified as a Humanistic Psychotherapist with a Masters in Psychotherapy from the University of Brighton. I am a full clinical psychotherapist member of the UKCP - the leading UK Council for Psychotherapy.

I work in private practice in-person from Shoreham-by-Sea and Hove, as well as online globally.

As well as attending continuous professional development courses regarding psychotherapy, to keep up with current developments, I am also interested in eco-psychology, non-dualism/Eastern philosophies, personal development, nutrition, nature and holistic health!
