Individual therapy

Face-to-Face appointments are available in Shoreham-by-Sea, Hove and online.

I work 1:1 with adults on a short or long-term basis.

Fees are £60 per 50 minute session (including the initial consultation).

I work with the individual and with the many intertwining issues that may make up your experiences. I have particular experience working with relationship or family issues, anxiety, eco-anxiety, life-change/transitions, loss/bereavement, work-related stress, anger, sadness, low self-esteem, lack of direction, and abandonment issues.
