Supervision
I trained at The Grove Practice in London on the 'Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups', a level 6 thorough and rigorous in-person qualification. As an integrative supervisor I am able to work with therapists, counsellors and psychotherapists working with multiple different modalities. I work with both small groups (max 4) and individuals in supervision. Due to my Clinical Psychotherapist UKCP registration I am also able to supervise trainees on placement - pre- and post- qualified. I regularly work with students from Brighton University on the Post Graduate Diploma and the Psychotherapy Masters program. My UKCP registration number is 2011189840.

Individual Supervision
You may wish to come for supervision weekly, fortnightly or on a 4-weekly rotation depending on your requirements and these can be reviewed and re-assessed as we go. Supervision sessions are 50 minutes and will be held on the same day and time where possible.

Fees
Supervision fees are £60 per session. There may be additional fees for completing reports for trainees, this can be negotiated before we begin working together.

Group Supervision
If you would like to propose a group supervision I would be delighted to hear from you and see if we can arrange something together. Group supervision will usually look like 30 minutes per person - so for 4 people it will be a 2 hour session. The fee is the same as individual at £60 per hour between you. It will be your responsibility to ensure you are receiving adequate supervision to meet the requirements of your own ethical body (BACP, UKCP etc).

My style of supervision
I am influenced by various supervision models from Robin Shohet's '7-eyed model' to Inskipp and Proctor's 'restorative, normative, and formative' approach, to Houston's consideration of 'policing, plumbing and poetry' aspects.
How we work together will depend on where you are in your own developmental journey of being a therapist, your preferred models and theories, and what comes up.
Mostly I aim to help you clarify how you are working with your clients to ensure best practice for you and your clients - whilst equally providing a supportive and nourishing environment for you to invigorate your own experience of the work you are doing.
